The Georgian - a Canadian newspaper - has published an article about the ‘Outlander’ shoot that is to begin there next week. Read it in our press archive. The article confirms the details that have already been posted here. Cited is producer Mr. Carmody and he also mentions that they’ll be shooting funeral scenes. And that a Viking funeral requires the body of the king to be set adrift on the ship and set on fire. Doesn’t this remind us of ‘Tristan & Isolde’?
