It’s official: The Hollywood Reporter has just reported that Sophia Myles has been cast in the CBS television series ‘Moonlight‘ as the female lead Beth Turner. The show centers on a private investigator (Alex O’Laughlin) who is a vampire and struggles with the repercussions of immortality, vampire adversaries and his love for a mortal – Beth Turner, a beautiful, ambitious Internet investigative reporter who is always on the hunt for the big story. In the pilot presentation the role was played by Shannon Lucio. The show will see Sophia Myles move to Los Angeles for the time being and get more known in the States. What do you think of this news?
