Sophia Myles attended the Launch of 61st Edinburgh International Film Festival Programme at the Filmhouse in Edinburgh yesterday. As previously announced her new film ‘Hallam Foe’ will open the festival and you can win tickets for the Opening Night Gala. Visit the festival’s official site to find out how. Glasgow’s The Herald has this Sophia-relevant quote: Ms Myles, who attended the launch of the festival programme yesterday, said: “Hallam Foe is perfect for the opening of the film festival, because David has filmed the city so beautifully, it really is the star of the film.” They also have a little picture of her at the launch event on the front site and Mariana has sent in some more.
