Today Sophia Myles was interviewed by a few reporters in a conference call. One of them was Jennifer Squires Biller and she posted her part of the interview as well as some additional quotes on Tube Talk. Be sure to head over - it’s a very interesting read.

[edit:] The big news from that article: ‘Moonlight’ is coming to the UK on February 18!

[edit2:] Monsters and Critics and Moonlight Detective (recommended read since it appears to be the complete interview) have also published their versions of the interview write-up.
