Larger Artwork & Trailer Captures

I’ve added the captures from the Quicktime Trailer and also IMP Awards have told me about their larger poster. The trailer looks fantastic and so does Sophia. I can’t wait for the movie!

Trailer & Poster for ‘Tristan & Isolde’!

Seems like the rumours that the trailer would be shown on the big screen before ‘Walk The Line’ were true. Various IMDb users have posted their comments about it. Most of them said it looked okay, some that the sets and visual feel of the movie were great. Unfortunately the choice of an Evanesence song didn’t go well with most of them.

You can judge by yourself by visiting MTV.Com to download the Windows Media Player or download the Quicktime version here on the site. Stay tuned for captures! And here comes the (very small) artwork.

Earlier release date for ‘Tristan & Isolde’!

Lately, we were getting used to hear that the release dates for Sophia’s projects were being postponed. Now I’m happy to announce that ‘Tristan & Isolde’ has a new – and earlier – release date: January 13, 2006 (US). Thanks Tara for telling me about it!

Poll Results & other stuff

I’ve closed the poll (started Wednesday, June 30, 2004, 136 votes) that had the question ‘What’s your favourite fim (Movie or TV)?’ These are the results:
1) Underworld 45.6 %
2) Thunderbirds 16.9 %
3) The Abduction Club 10.3 %
4) Mansfield Park 8.1 %
5) From Hell 5.9 %
6) Foyle’s War, Out of Bounds both 3.7 %
7) Oliver Twist, Nicholas Nickleby both 2.9 %

To keep things interesting I’ve added a new question: ‘What do you think of ‘Colditz’?’ Please head over to the poll and cast your vote! Thanks.

Another information concerning ‘Art School Confidential’: The Hollywood studio MGM (who was producing the movie) was taken over by Sony Pictures and it is now Sony Pictures Classics that is releasing the movie – the reason for the delay. But, they have the movie officially listed on their site and scheduled for release next April.

Merlin Ward, director of ‘Out of Bounds’, has created a homepage with a special section dedicated to the movie. visit
