I’ve been busy adding many pictures of Sophia out & about, but also new stills from some of her projects.
Most notable are the updates in the ‘Public Appearances’ section. I’ve replaced many watermarked/regular photos with HQ ones. Check last uploads. There are also some never-before seen events: ‘2006 > Rabbit - After Show Party‘ and ‘2004 > Artists Independent Network’s Pre-BAFTA Party‘.

On British television at least 2 trailers to advertise tomorrow’s BBC1 ‘Dracula’ airing have been shown. They are now available at Youtube & bytheway sent in .wmv versions.

Screencaptures of that are coming soon. Meanwhile the artwork for the British DVD is out (view). This announcement got my attention. According to the press release these people got the UK release date seems now to be January 8. And we may not get the additional ‘Deleted Scenes’ after all. I did some checking on all the major UK DVD online sellers and the dates they give are between January 2 - 15… All a bit confusing!
These days Sophia’s back in England. Shooting for ‘Outlander’ is on hold over the Holidays and will resume filming next week. Sophia accompanied David Tennant to his Virgin Radio Christmas pantomime ‘Cinderella’. Thank you Amo for pointing me to pictures of them arriving and leaving the building.

Sophia Myles attended the ‘Glamour Women Of The Year Awards’ in London yesterday. I added the pictures I’ve been able to find so far to the gallery:

About the audio commentary on the new German ‘The Abduction Club’ DVD. It was very interesting. Director Stefan Schwartz and a producer talked about the locations used for the film and the challenges of a limited budget, replacing the director after the first week into the shoot, getting enough costumes and extras while ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’ was shooting at the same time etc. An interesting remark about Sophia Myles: She was the best horserider of the 4 leading stars. Originally, many more scenes were supposed to feature horseriding - but it proved to be too complicated. Also the members of the whole abduction club were once supposed to be accompanying the main characters - but for story reasons their parts were reduced.
I fell in love with this movie all over again and I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t yet had the chance to see it!
