Tristan And Isolde should be out sometime this year. We don’t yet know when. The movie is almost complete and Kevin Reynolds is in the final editing stages. It was incredible to work on this project. It was a very long and tough shoot, but thoroughly exhilarating. I haven’t seen the whole movie yet but what I have seen looks stunning. The cinematography is out of this world. I think you will really enjoy it.

Art School is coming out September 30th. Terry Zwigoff is a genius. I would give my right arm to work with him again. We all had such a laugh.

I don’t know what I am going to do next yet, but there is some fabulous material floating around at the moment. We shall see!

Sophia back as Erika in Underworld: Evolution

Some great news: The Internet Movie Database lists Sophia Myles as part of the cast for the Underworld sequel ‘Underworld: Evolution’. So hopefully, we’ll get to see more of Erika in this one. [edit: Feb 24] See the next post to read how this information is not true.

Update on ‘Tristan & Isolde’

Dexter Online has the following information on the status of ‘Tristan & Isolde’:

In July the filming got delayed due to a knee injury by James Franco. On September 2, the production company Apollo Media reported that filming is finished and theatrical release is planned for early 2005.

So that’s why we haven’t heard anything new about the film, previous release was scheduled for this autumn.
