I have added screencaptures of Sophia’s latest performance in Two Words to the gallery. Sophia plays Victoria, the daughter of Gavin who has something important he needs to tell her.

New Project: The Big Finish

Exciting news to share with you all: Sophia has a new project!

She is set to take part in two new Doctor Who audio adventures produced by Big Finish Productions. You may remember a while back Sophia tweeting about working with Tom Baker … well it appears as if this may be the result!

Sophia is set to voice Rania Chuma in a two-part, Fourth Doctor adventure due to be released in May 2018.

You can pre-order the two episodes (Kill the Doctor / The Age of Sutekh) for £8.99 each or you can pre-order the Doctor Who – The Fourth Doctor Adventures Series 7B which has 4 audio adventures including both of Sophia’s episodes for £20 (digital) / £25 CD

New Project: Last Chance Academy

Sophia has provided the narration for BBC One Panorama documentary ‘Last Chance Academy’

An insight into life at Baverstock Academy in Kings Heath, Birmingham, a ground-breaking school opposed to permanent exclusion that will go to extraordinary lengths to see students make it to the exam hall. This Panorama special follows teachers battling to help disruptive pupils achieve five GCSEs. Last year alone, 146,000 children were excluded from the classroom, 3,900 permanently. For those who end up in referral units less than 2 per cent will achieve a pass at grade C – a figure that highlights a need for change in schools across the country

The documentary airs Wednesday 27th August, 9pm on BBC One (UK).
