New Project: Disarm

Disarm is a short film that is currently seeking funding via Greenlit.

Synopsis: A young woman that fails to build meaningful relationships to others, leading her to a very dangerous outcome.

Sophia will play the lead role, Megan Granger. A small town girl who moves to the city in an attempt to get away from the tragic loss of her parents. With no family or friends around her, the city breaks her spirit and leaves her feeling overwhelmed, outcast and lonely.

The Hampton Court Mystery

A huge thank you to Mia who sent in these scans from educational book The Hampton Court Mystery, written by Jane Myles and Jeremy Young.

This is a language reader in which Daisy and Joe visit Hampton Court Palace, the historic home of Henry VIII. There they make friends with a girl called Kate and together they try to find a ghost in the palace.

New Project: Listen

Here is the first look at Sophia in Listen!

SYNOPSIS: In the outskirts of London, Portuguese couple and parents of three, Bela and Jota, struggle to make ends meet. When a misunderstanding arises at school with their deaf daughter, the British social services grow concerned for the safety of their children. LISTEN portrays the tireless battle of these immigrant parents against the law to keep their family together.

IMDB states the film will be released in September 2020 at the Venice Film Festival where it has been nominated for the Venice Horizons Award: Best Film.
